Marsclen's residence, Rotokawa St. (by Pearse's Park), Tuesday, April lst, 8 p.m. Unless a fair complement attend, the proposal will be abandoned. ■ -■ TAUPO TOWN BOARD HYDRO-ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY ADDITIONAL LOAN, 1952 — £37,000 Notice is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Taupo Town Board held in Friday 14th day of March, 1952, the foliowing resolution was passed by way of Special Order and that such. special order will be confirmed at a meeting of the Board to be held in the Board Room, Wharf Road, at 7.30 p.m. on Wednesday the 16th day of April, 1952. In pursuance and exercise of the powers vesteci cn it in that behalf by the Local Bodies Loan Act, 1926, the Taupo Town Board hereby resolves by way of Special Order to raise an additional Loan of thirtyseven thousand pouncls (£37,000) for the purpose of completing the purpose for which the Hydro-electrlc Power Supply Loan 1948 of £82,000 was authorised, such loan to be for a period of thirty (30) years. The said loan or any part thereof shall be free of principal repayments during the first two (2) years from the date of the borrowing thereof, thereafter the said loan or any part thereof ,together with interest thereon shall be repaid by equal aggregate half yearly instalments extending over the balance of the term amounting to twenty eight (28) years. No interest after the first two (2) years and no such instalments shall be paid out of the loan moneys. Such loan to be secured by a Special Rate not exceeding two pence and nine-thirty seconds of a penny (2.9/32d) in the pound (£) on the rateable, unimproved, value of all rateable property in the Taupo Town Board District.
