CHILDREN WALK AGAIN

. . Because Nations work together. Doctors and nurses from many

countries are learning to combat children's diseases at the International Children's Centre in Paris. Working funds tor the Centre are provided by the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF), and the Centre works closely with the UN World Health Organisation. Only Soviet-bloc nations do not participate. A five-month course for fellowship students from 20 nations includes daily lectures, practice in modern methods of therapy and research. Poliomylitis, the dreaded children's disease, is given special attention by trainees.
