Mr Geo. Beale, for eight years associated with Messrs Booth Macdonald and Co. Ltd., of Hastings, has bought Mrs R. H. Ward's property, corner of Tuwharetoa and Titiraupenga Streets. Mr Beale intends commencing business in Taupo at the end of March, and will specialise in water pumping equipment, power mowers, and electrical and general machinery.
