• € Tanks do not get punctures, but when tracks
have to be ehanged it is quite an involvecf business, as trainee tankmen ^ind at Catterick, where they fearn to handle the 50fron Genturrons, which are Britain's chief front-fine armour. The tanks on which the trainees, both Natr'onal Servicemen and men of the "Z" Reserve, (earn are identicaS with those for front-h'ne service, except for the addition of the conspicious "L" for "Learne?" fore and aft. Mere the trainees at Catterick depot are changing the tracks of a Centurion. For easier handiing the tracks can be roifed in sections.
