FOR THE BRIDGE. Tauranga's petition to Parliament, praying for the construction of the Harbour Bridge ' and that work be pushed on with the rail to Waihi, has been drawn up by the Mayor (Mr Adams), Colonel Ward, and Messrs Sharp and Norris. The latter gentleman distributed the forms throughout the to&n and district yesterday. Copiei^will be touno at all the leading places of business awaiting signatures, and judging by the way names are filling up on the form at THE TELEGRAPH office, there should be no difficulty in "reeling" off a few miles of petition "film." Sign ! Sign ! 'Sign ! but be careful and sign only one copy of petition.
