There was nothing of any pecnliar importance in this case, taking (p^ce'ption however to the very original manner in the preparation of the agreement. Mr. Henry Rowe, Mr. Frasi's partner, proved in evidence tha amount sought to he reeovered was correct. Judgment for plaintiff with costs. wils0n v. utting. Claim, £10 17s. Mr. Leary nppearea for plaintiff. Defendaot did not appear. , p Judgment for plaintiff with qo.ffs. mcrae v. jokdan. • Claim; £11. Mr. Leary appeared for defendant.
