Mr. Henry Rowe, Mr. Frasi's partner, proved in evidence tha amount sought to he reeovered was correct. Judgment for plaintiff with costs. wils0n v. utting. Claim, £10 17s. Mr. Leary nppearea for plaintiff. Defendaot did not appear. , p Judgment for plaintiff with qo.ffs. mcrae v. jokdan. • Claim; £11. Mr. Leary appeared for defendant.
