(To the Editor.) Sib, —I notice your Waitoa correspondent does not appear to take too kindly to the idea of another Drainage Board being formed at Waitoa. Bam tony for him, poor fellow, but I will enlighten him right here that we are going to get another Board—at least make ji big attempt to do |o —-and jf we are not successful in getting the right men in; well, we will cut off another slice, and so on, until we. get what we want.
