Bam tony for him, poor fellow, but I will enlighten him right here that we are going to get another Board—at least make ji big attempt to do |o —-and jf we are not successful in getting the right men in; well, we will cut off another slice, and so on, until we. get what we want. We want drainage Boards, and plenty of them. Thanking you in anticipation.—l am, etc., Waitoa Sbttlhb. Bower Waitoa, Dec. 17th, 1909.
