Penalty for Strike Leaders
Sydney, December 17. Premier Wade’s Bill for the amendment of the Industrial Disputes Act, makes any leader who instigates or aids a strike or lock-out, liable to 12 month’s imprisonment without the option of a fine; the penalty on other leaders is left at two months. : Sydney, December 17. After an all night sitting Premier Wade’s Bill passed all its stages.
