London, December 14R. Arnst, the world’s champion, has asked £250 expenses, a side wager of £SOO, besides £IO3O prize offered byj the promoters of tho suggested mitch on tho Zambesi, at Victoria Falls. It was decided a side wager was unreasonable, ■offered £3OO as expenses.
