London, December 14- 'r King Edward received and P r sW’ sented the Albert Medal to Toni Lewis, 14 years old, a lad who at Newport on July 25th, crawled into a small hole 30ft underground to endeavour to rescue two men who J were imprisoned by a lanoslip at the Alexandra Dock Extension ■ Works.
