Ireland and Loyalty
London, December 5. Mr Chbrry, M.P- for Liverpool, and Attorney-General for Ireland since 1905, in thanking his constituents :or past support, prior to assuming the post of Lord Chief Justice of Appeal in Ireland, said Ireland would never be loyal to the Empire until placed under complete self control in internal affairs.
