London. December 2. Tiie Circulating Libraries Association has determined not to circulate scandalous, libellous, immoral books or those likely to prove offensive to any considerable seclion of its sud* scribers. This action is the result of customers’ complaints of the recent increase in the output of doubtful books. The Times book club and Smith’s and Murdie’slead the movement.
