Lennard. foaled 1903, standing 17 bands, with unimpaired constitution, and now in his prime. Owing to an accident this horse never raced, but is closely allied to many good performers. By Hotchkiss (son of Musket), dam Dorothy, by The Dauphin, dam Bragela by Panic (Australia’s greatest sire ),dam Phyllis by Bichvieu (imp), A glanc iat his tabulated pedigree shows a rare combination of blood, whose excellence cannot be excelled— MUSKET, TRADUCER and PANIC, the Three Great Sires, gives breeders in Waikato a great chance to breed stock with size, substance and quality, endowed with staying ability. Dorothy, his dam, was a fair performer, and was dam of Lurcher and Lavadel, both fair performers and winners. Her dam, Bragela, was dam of (winner of many- races, and dam of Maroon and Gold, Idas, Idasa, all winners), and her dam Phyllis was by the imported Irish horse Richvieu (by Bandy Boy, brother to The Baron, sire of Stockwell).
