TWELVE REASONS WHY SOME PEOPLE FAIL.

1. They are always watching the clock —not to see he w mnch they can do in a certain time, but so as not to work a moment longer than is absolutely necessary. 2. They always grumble at everything that turns up. “ Why can’t someone else do this?” is their constant whine. 3. They are only punctual at going out to lunch and leaving for the night. To turn up punctually in the morning would never occur to them. 4. They have no confidence in themselves, nor do they think it necessary to acquire any. 5. They are always asking questions and never seem able to remember the answers thereto, c nsidering the number of times they ask the same thing. 6. They also say ‘‘l forgot” when any omission is brought to their notice. But they never make the slightest attempt to remember next time. 7. They are never ready for the next move—they prefer to live in a chrome state of “unreadiness.” 8. They never on any account put the least “life’ or “go” into their work. One would th:nk, to look at them, they were in a state bordering on coma. 9. They never learn anything from then’ mistakes, nor from anything else. When they do anything right, it is by accident, not design. 10.
