The Socialist Theory.
London, November 16. Mr W. Horn, of the Bank of Adelaide, in a letter to the “ Standard,” enclosing 100 guineas for the Unionist Working Man’s Candidates Fund, says that apparently the Socialist theory that nobody is entitled to anything except the man who has not got it, and that possibly soon in England it will be held a 3 criminal to own anythiug except a vote, and not even that unless pledged to the Socialist Party.
