London, November 15. Mr Alexander Ure, SolicitorGeneral for Scotland, addressed a meeting at Walford last night. There were many interruptions and ejections, and he was unable to > speak for half-an-hour. London pickpockets were present in large numbers expecting disorder, and they secured a harvest in watches and money. The police arrested fourteen.
