London, November 16. Sir Charles Lucas, head of the Dominion’s Department, who has just returned from a tour ot the Overseas Dominions, speaking at the Working Men’s College, declared that Australia had a great future. It’s growth would be immensely promoted by Railways between the West and South Australia. The Canadian'-Pacific Railway had made the people. It illustrated the immense importance of Railways. Science had done more than laws to promote Democracies.
