Farmers’ Co-operative Auctioneering Co. Ltd., Beport : At Ohaupo on Tuesday we yarded 1020 h<>ad of cattle and 570 sheep. There was only a fair attendance, but buyers were present, who bid freely, and with tho exception of three pens of heifers the whole yarding was cleared under the hammer. Fresh conditioned 3^-year steers, £5 17s to £6 10s ; three-year steers, £4 17s to £5 13s; three-year steers in backward condition, £4 17s 6d ; two and a-half year steers, £4 4s to £4 11s ; 18 months and 20 months steers, £3 6s to £3 15s ; yearling steers of choice quality, £2 14s to £2 19s ; others, £2 6s to £2 11s ; empty 2-year heifers, £2 16s to £3 12s ; fresh empty cows, £3 os to £3 14s ; store cows, £2 to £2 16s ; two and and four-tooth wethers in wool, 14s lOd ; empty ewes, 11s to 14s Id; ewes with lambs at side, 15s Id.

We held our monthly Morrinsville sale on Friday, sth inst, and yarded 500 head of cattle and 982 sheep. Tbe~e was a good attendance and a good demand for all classes, the Bheep particularly eliciting keen bidding: ; ewe hoggets in wool, 14s lOd to 15s 2d ; wether hoggets, 12s 4d to 13s 9d ; extra good hoggets, 16s 6d; shorn wether hoggets, 10s Ud to 13s 2d ; shorn fat ewes and wethers, 12s 9d to 14s 3d ; well tatted wethers shorn, 16s 6d ; ewes in wool with lambs, ISs od ; fat heifers and cows, £5 6s to £0 2s 6d for extra heavy ones ; fat steers £7, 11s ; forward conditioned steers, £6 5s to £6 15s ; 2year-old nice quality steers in good order, £4 7s to £4 19s; 2-year steers, £3 14s to £4 ; yearling steers, £2 7s to £2 9s ; fresh conditioned cows and heifers, £3 13s to £4 11s ; 2-year empty heifers, £3 10s to £3 16s ; yearling heifers, £2 4s to £2 os ; springing heifers, £4 2s 6d to £5 15s ; yearling bulls, 6gns. to 7^gns.
