THE CAPTURED TOWN
Teheran, November 8 M, Giers, the Russian Vice-Consul at Ardenbil, the town seized by Rakhim Khan (acting on behalf of the deposed Shah), telegraphs that the Russian flag has been respected. The Russian threat to punish Rakhim Khan and his followers, who were freebooters, is regarded with •distrust in Teheran.
