London, October 26. The “ Standard’s ’’ New York cor* respondent states that the Labour Unions reports throughout the United States indicate that prosperity is increasing steadily, and it ia now certain that every ablesbodied man man is able to obtain good wages. Many factories are unable to pro-* mise delivery owing to the absence of labour. Italian unskilled labourers at Long Island are earning Gs 2d per day.
