PROCLAMATION. r WHEREAS by section one hundred and thirty-three (c) of “ The Public Works Act, 1908,” it is enacted that the Governor may, by Proclamation publicly lOtified, stop or alter the course of any Government road or any part thereof : And whereas the Government road described in the Schedule hereto is no longer required for the purpose of a road *. ‘ , Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of »Tew Zealand, in exercise of the above-in-parb recited Act, and of all other powers n anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby prclaim as stopped the road in iVairere Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
