Youthful Offenders.

—♦ Gisborne, October 11. At the Police Court, two boys, named Thomas Francis Foster (18), and William Patrick o’SullivanJ(ls), fyere brought up on a series of charges of fire raising. The first* case taken against Foster had reference to a fire at Gisborne in the Rowing Club’s shed. After the evidence, a plea of guilty was entered. The evidence showed that Foster was slightly weak in the intellect, and had been reading a sensational books. The other charges against Foster are being heard. Those against O’Sullivan will be taken next.
