Recent Spanish Successes.
London, October 10. Recent Spanish successes have aroused the Spanish military party. King Alfonso does not cancel the desire to seek compensation for Spain’s lost Colonial Empire. M. Briand (Premier of France) has placed General Damade, late Com-mander-in-Chief in Morocco, on the retired list for stating in an interview with the Pari3 paper “ Matier ” that the situation for France is extremely perilous.
