CORRESPONDENCE.
(We are not responsible for the opinions expressed by our correspondents.) To the Editor. FOURPENCE PER INCH HOW MUCH PER YARD ? Let Advertisements rise or Advertisements fall for Fourpence an inch I’ll advertise all Sir,—The Te Aroha “ Mail ”in its “ Government Advertisement ” in issue of 2nd inst. states that No. 2 Bath opens at 6 a.m. Evidently, owing to this stupid, careless, unaccouutable, mistake several gentlemen were kept waiting outside No. 2 bath-house this morning. May I ask is this kind of advertising what may be expected in future from your contemporary for 4d an inch ?—I am, etc., K. F. W. Lyons-Montgomery. Te Aroha, Oct. 7th, 1909. A PUBLIC NUISANCE. I had the misfortune to be near the “ nuisance ” at the Choral Society’s Concert the other evening, and I hope it will be the last time. If he desires to act the fool he should sit up in the gallery and amuse the boys ; people who have arrived at maturity strongly object to such antics.—Thanking you in anticipation,—l am, etc. Music,
