Waipara Enpiry.
Brisbane, September 16. The Mar’ne Board found that the stranding of the Waipara was due to the set of the wind and tide, while await' jg the discharge pilot, who left her in an unsafe position. The pilot’s certificate was suspended for three months, and the mastes exonerated from all blame.
