London, September 12 The trade paper “ Engineering ” states that the Admiralty has placed orders for 20 destroyers, having a guaranteed speed of 29 knots, and able to keep at sea in all weathers. Seventeen of the flotilla will be fitted with Parson’s turbines, and three with Carter’s turbines.
