NOTICE is hereby given that on and after the First Day of October, 1909, the charges at present ruling for the supply of electric energy for lighting purposes (charges by meter excepted), will be increased by 20 per cent., and that a rebate of 20 per cent, will be allowed consumers on all amounts paid within ten days of the due date.
