Perth, August 18. Mr John Foster Fraser, a wellknown English Journalist, arrived by the P. and O. steamer Morea. In the course of an interview Mr Fraser stated he would stay in Australia till the British Parliament meets in January. He intends to oppose Mr Ramsay McDonald at next election.
