Pan-Anglican Thanksoffering.
London, August 17. The Pan.-Anglican allocations are not fresh awards, but the amounts previously cabled and now allocated are mainly in accordance with the local recommendation. The remainder of the decision awaits the lesult of local inquiries. The following further amounts have been allotted from the Pan'Anglican thanksoffering fund : Canada, £15,000 ; West Africa, £B,OOO ; China, £3,500 ; New Zealand, £2OOO ; (for religious education) South America, £3OOO ; New Guinea and Melanesia, £6OO each. The Committee has not yet come, to a decision with respect to Australia’s allotment.
