Locality where the land is situated, with its boundaries, measurements and area: ■52 acres 1 rood 37 perches, being the ground known as the Te Aroha Lead Mines S.C., and Mikado S.C., bounded on the north and east by supposed unoccupied ground, south by the Premier Extended S.C., and west by Champion Lode Extended S.C. Pegged this 7th August, 1909, at 3 p.m. To whom it may concern: Take no - tice that at the hearing of the within application I intend applying for the issue of a certificate of abandonment in respect of License No. {943, dated 29th May, 1906, Signature of Applicant: WILLIAM JOHN MoCOEMICK.
