Earthquakes in Japan.

Tokio, August 15. Severe shocks of earthquakes have been felt in southern portions of Japan towns. Osako, Kyoto, and Nagoya felt the shock most severely, and in these considerable damage was caused. Many buildings fell. The number oßpeople killed and injured so far as is at -present ascertained, is 30 killed and 82 st-flously injured.
