Also that a, clause be inserted that , should a tenant not desire to renew the incoming tenant pay to the retiring one the value of improvements done. It was mentioned that these matters were to have been considered by a committee during the past month; but owing to pressure of business they had been unable to give them attention. With regard to improvements it was mentioned that the Board could take no responsibility, and an agreement would have to be arrived at between the /tenants themselves.
