In a recent issue we showed the profit ot growing oats for chaff in the Wan* ganui district. The attached is the cost here. It is assumed that the field was in grass to commence with, and the cost of putting it bach into grass is also giyen, as in this district it is unwise to grow oats for more than one year on the same piece of land.
