Unwilling Heir.
Teheran, July 20. The Ex-Shah and his wife, who at first refused to allow the heir apparent, Sultan Ahmed Mirza to become Shah, asked that the second son be chosen. Ahiued wept bitterly at the prospect of being separated from his parents and succeeding to the throne. Finally the three were persuaded to fall in with the wishes of the National Council, and the boy Shah pluckily farewelled his parents.
