Dairy Company’s Secretary Arrested.
Fellding, July 21. Frederick Cyril Ross, late Secretary of the Cheltenham Dairy Company, was arrested last night and charged with the theft of £92 5s from the Company while in its service. Other informations have been laid. It is understood the alleged defalcations total a very largo sum. The accused was remanded till to-morrow.
