Westpobt. July 21. The Mangapapa, with the mail, passengers and cargo left Raramea at noon yesterday, bound lor Westport. Slearn-' ing out of Tortuous Channel she got on the South Spit, just inside the entrance, and sreck there. There were about 20 passengers, including iseveral ladies < n board. All were landed safely. The vessel is not in a dangerous position, being merely affected ay the swell from tbe sea, and not by breakers. It is expected she w’ll bo got back into the Channel with to-day’s high tide,
