Executions in Turkey.
Constantinople, July 20. Thirteen executions in Constantinople on Monday included Cherkess Mehemet Pasha, Abdul Hamid’s former aide, and Hakki, a notorious spy. Ali Kemal, editor cf the newspaper “ Ikdan” was sentenced in absmce to perpetual exile and for espionage. Divendetßey, proprietor of the ’• Ikdan,” was acquitted.
