Compulsory National Training.
London, July 8. In view of the forthcoming debate upon the military vote, the war office has prepared estimates of the cost of compulsory national traiuing. The estimates show that the system would add £7,820,000 sterling, to the existing territorial and special reserve vote. Belguim is preparing to adopt compulsory universal service.
