Mb Keib Hardik, M.P. for Merthyr, Tvdvilly, dec ares if the South Wale-i coal miners were locked out the fight would not be over an eight-hours work day at the minimum of six shillings, but over the nationalisation of mines. He urged the French and Belgian miners not to supply the English markets during the struggle. The Scottish coal miners have given three months’ notice to terminate the Concilation Board, and the men have accepted the notice.
