Australian Cricketers.
London, June 10. The weather was threatening, but the wicket was in excellent order when the Australians commenced the match with Somerset at Bath to-day. The attendance was meagre. County won the toss and made first use of the wicket, but made a poor display, chiefly owing to the fine bowling of Whitty. They were all out before lunch, the innings only lasting 1 hour and 40 minutes. The innings closed at 9.3, with the following scores :■ Somerset (first innings), 93; Australia (first innings) for a total of 9 wickets, 139. j
