Sovereignty of India.
London, June 10.. Lord Curzon, ex Viceroy of India, in a speech before the Colonial Institute, declared that any concession to Indian aspirations should be qualified by consideration, and. that no breach be allowed in the citadel of the sovereignty. He warned his countrymen that Britain has not heard the last of the party aiming at her expulsion if their methods could only be met with unswerving representations.
