The Rowing Championship.
Wanganui, June 7. Interest is beginning to increase in sculling matters. Arnst, who was not too well on Friday when he rowed in a lifeless style, and had a spell on Saturday, but he was afloat twice yesterday taking things easily. This morning he reported himself feeling all right again. His weight this morning was 13 stone 41bs. Webb and /Vhelch were out yesterday morning and came down tbe river at a solid pace. Both were rowing well this morning, and the ex champion did another serviceable row with Whelch.
