The Naval Conference.

MR, MASSEY WILL NOT ACCOMPANY PREMIER. Wellington, June 4. Present indications point to the f ict that Mr Massey will not go home with Sir J. Ward to the Naval Conference. That the informal proceedings in connection with the gatherof members on Monday will not be open to the press. Parliament will last about a week. The Premier wil then go Home. The long Session will commence early in October.
