German Patents Treaty.

Berlin, May 20. m Tiie Reichstag has ratified the 1 Patents Treaty with America, under which it will not be necessary for the patentee in either country to erect manufactories in the other in * order to preserve his rights. The Minister of the Interior, Herr Von Bethmann Hollweg, expressed the hope that this reciprocal protection of patents would form a basis of an international patents law of the future.
