Great Irrigation Scheme.
London, May 20. William Willcock.s, a great irrigation expert, has completed the preliminary surveys and taking levels of lower Mesopotamia, end will report to the Government of Turkey on the practibility of re-constiucting an ancient irrigation system of the Tigris.
