Hon McKenzie's Visit to Te Aroha.
The Hon. McKenzie, Head of the Tour st Department, paid a somewhat unexpooted visit to Te Aroha last evening. During his short stay he was waited upon bv the Borough Council,' and the Te Aroha Bowling Club. The several deputations were introduced by Mr W. H. Herries, MP. for this district.
The ma'teis brought h r war 1 by the Council were : The Cottage Hospital. Te Aroha Biidgo Domain, Domain Water Supply, Sewer Drainage, New Post Office, and Trig Tiack, The Rowing <lufi qrgod upon the Minister the necessity for having the contemplated works gono on wi'h as soon as possible, and also the laying down of an additional green.
