The construction o* a dram commencing from the W litoa River at the mouth of tho Oliino Stream, and continuing in a southerly I direction through Section 8. 3, The construction of a drain almg No. 1 Road from the boundary of Crown lands to Section 1 (connecting with promisee nutlet through Crown land into the Waitoa River. 4. The construction of a drain along No. 7 Road from the boundary of Crown lands (connecting with promised outlet into the Piako River) to the southern boundary of Section 59.1 5, The construction of drains to the west of No. 7 Road, emotying into above outlet through Crown lands and into the Piako River or the Waiharakeke Stream. The sum proposed to be borrowed is £6OOO and the proposed security for the Loan is a special annual recurring Rate f >r 41 years of 5-6ths of ft Penny per Pound upon tho capital value of the rateable value in the Waitoa Drainage Distiict. Such witl provide interest at 3.V per centum per annum, which- being paid for the period aforesaid, poys off the Loan and is the provision for payment thereof.
