More Docks for Germany

Berlin, May 2. Six more docks will be completed in Germany by 1910, of sufficient depth to float ships of the “ Dreadnought ” type, even though sunk below the usual maxium by flooding watertight compartments. This will make a total of 11 docks of this capacity while England has not a single dock on the east coast deep enough for this purpose. The British Admirality to remedy this defect proposes more floating docks on Medway. ! * rj
