Russian Infantry for Tabriz
St. Peteksbihgh April 26. Two Russian infantry battalions, accoui- ; auied by a battery and quick-firing company, have started for Tabriz M. Isvolsky, Russian Minister for Foreign Affairs, in a note to the Powers, explains that the expedition is restricted to measures of relief and - protection of foreign consulates When order is restored the detachment will be withdrawn.
