CORRESPONDENCE.

(To the Editir.) Sik, —I have read with interest the many letters which have appeared in your newspaper about the erection of a “ Cottage Hospital ” here. I hope Rev, P. Oleary, Captain Lyons-Mont-gomery, and others who have taken the matter in hand will not allow it to drop. The thanks of the public of Te Aroha, and the surrounding district are due to you for the very able manner in which you have supported, not only this, but all other things which have been proposed for the advancement of our little town, and district. A cottage hospital is badly required here and everyone I have spoken to on the subject have expressed themselves as more than surprised at the Government not using the amount long ago for the purpose for which it was voted.—l am, etc. One Who Has Suffered. Te Aroha, April 23, 1909.
